How much does it cost?
- If your landlord has paid, it is free
- If your landlord has not yet joined, you must pay a small admin charge of just £6.95 for 3 months membership - less than 8p per day!
- You can also choose 6 monthly (£12.95) or 12 monthly (£23.95) membership.

How do I know if my landlord has joined?
This changes every day. Click "Join now" and fill in the online form and we can tell you.
Should I wait until my landlord has joined?
Don’t wait if you really want to swap. We cannot promise that your landlord will join. Don’t miss out – to find your new home is less than the price of a loaf of bread a week.

Is it safe?
Yes. We have worked very hard to make sure this website is safe. We protect your details carefully. Our staff do not see your credit card details. That information only goes to the bank.
Which bank do you use?
We use WorldPay, one of the best known internet banks. Part of The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
How do I get a username and password?
When you join you create your own username and password.
