RightSize will help you address under-occupation at the click of a button

Tackling under-occupancy in social housing has never been more important as Landlords strive to make efficient use of their limited stock.

For too long now Housing Officers have struggled to even identify under-occupied properties, let alone match them up with families who are overcrowded. RightSize is a tool which addresses just that and will 'intelligently' help you manage those under-occupying tenants.

Automatic alerts and matching

RightSize will email you when a tenant registers on the service looking for a property smaller than they currently live in. You can then use the service to match those tenants up to others who are overcrowded. But RightSize goes so much further.

• Receive an e-mail alert every time one of their tenants registers with HomeSwapper and appears to be under occupying. These cases will be flagged on the RightSize dashboard.
• View an on-screen report of all under occupying tenants.
• Match up under-occupied and overcrowded properties with their own stock and stock in their district
• Keep detailed notes on the support/care needs for each household listed as under-occupying.
• Select sub sets of under-occupying tenants and output to a CSV file to go into a mail-merge or CRM
• Run a demand report based on under-occupation that will illustrate the types and locations of properties they need to buy and/or build in order to satisfy under-occupying tenants.
• Input incentives to move for under-occupying tenant – these incentives will be shown to under-occupying tenants on registration with HomeSwapper.
• Run a search and then create a database of people who are under-occupying and who might be interested in a new development and email, ring or write to them directly.
• Keep a progress record on each under-occupying tenant via an extended notes section. Review dates for each case will be shown on your RightSize dashboard.
